As the global IT platform transformation lead at ING, Tjeerd has successfully led numerous projects that have revolutionized the banking industry, most recently the transformation of the technology platform foundation. He is a master of innovation and transformation management who has been at the forefront of digitization, always having a keen understanding of advanced technologies such as AR/VR. He is a cofounder of AnswerInside Metaverse Solutions, which advises businesses on onboarding to the metaverse and creating virtual company environments in AR/VR.
